Sonny Jermain is a global HR change and communications specialist starting at the age of 11 for the City of Bulawayo’s Inyathi Youth Recreational Centre in Mpophoma, then the World Bank World Links for Development program (WorLD) aged 12 at Mpopoma THE High School (the only high school in the world referred to as THE High School), Radio Dialogue’s Youth Press aged 18, the British Council’s UK-Africa InterAction Program being the youngest-ever aged 19, Global Changemakers, and later Interdependence by Bill Clinton’s former advisor, the late Dr. Ben Barber.

His most recent client was The Heineken Company’s Global People Function head office for the programming of four projects:

  • International Leadership (Global HR Culture)
  • Coaching
  • Mentoring
  • Storytelling

He also supported the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programming.

He is also a facilitator and a guest lecturer for various universities on a multi-disciplinary range of topics from HR culture, Ubuntu and 4 billion years of Abantu history, migration, media, music, intersectionality, and queer & LGBTQ+ pride.
